It’s slowly transitioning into fall and I cannot contain how excited I am for all the festive activities approaching the next few months. To kick start a long season of yummy treats, good times, and cute crafts, here is a pumpkin smoothie recipe that is incredibly easy to make at home! All you need is 5 minutes and you have a perfect festive drink to pump you up for your busy day ahead!
What You’ll Need:
· ½ cup pure pumpkin puree
· Less than ½ banana
· 6-8 ice cubes
· 6 oz vanilla yogurt
· 1 tsp honey
· 3 tbsp milk
· Tsp of nutmeg and whipped cream (DUHH)
What To Do:
· Throw it in a blender and mix it up until creamy
· Add a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg
& BAM you’re ready to take on the day with a tasty treat by your side!
